There's a Tear in My Beer

Milwaukee Brewers fans, if you're old enough to remember Robin Yount, then a: it's time to plan your mid-life crisis, and b: you remember the last time the Crew were in the playoffs. After 26 years of wanting, you're finally able to bask in the postseason glow once again.

And isn't it fitting that in 1982, the last time the Beer Makers entered the playoffs, they came back from an 0-2 deficit to get to the World Series?

Well, hold on tight to those hopes and dreams for Game 3, cause it looks like you're counting on Dave Bush. It's kind of like counting on your drunk uncle to not grab your ass this Thanksgiving. Anything is possible!

The right-hander, who went 9-10 this season with a 4.18 ERA over 29 starts, hasn’t won a game since August 29th when he managed to beat the Pittsburgh Pirates, 1-0. Bush will face the Philadelphia Phillies' older-than-dirt-but-still-totally-awesome Jamie Moyer Saturday at Miller Park, attempting to avoid the heartache and humiliation of a sweep.

I think they'll pull this one off. Home field advantage, Bush will be on, Fielder and Braun will have smoking hot bats, it will work out.

Nice Hank Jr. reference, btw.
