Cristian Guzman hit for the cycle. Yes.
Guz -- batting .303 on the year -- kicked off the evening with a solo shot in the first inning, which ignited a five-run show for his Washington Nationals. He was busted attempting to stretch a single into a double in the second, but nailed a two-bag RBI in the sixth to make up for it.
Then, with one out in the eighth, he hit a sharp liner to Matt Kemp in center, scoring Aaron Boone and running his sweet goatee all the way to third base. Unbelievable.
The Nats went on to SWEEP the Dodgers with an 11-2 victory, aided by Elijah Dukes' first multi-homer game of his career. Holy crap, dawg!

I watched this game and for whatever reason, didn't have a doubt in my mind that he'd hit for the cycle in the eighth. Go Nats!!
Just one more former Twin, being more awesome than he was in Minnesota.
