Tulowitzki Will See You in June, Maybe

Troy is hurtingColorado Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki is taking a trip to the disabled list after tearing his left quadriceps tendon, and could be out past the All-Star break.

Realistically, last year's runner up for the NL Rookie of the Year is looking at a few months on the DL, with a best-case scenario of a six-week return.

Tulowitzki was hurt while charging a grounder in the first inning of the Rockies' 3-2 win over the San Francisco Giants Tuesday night, a game which he wasn't even supposed to play in. He underwent an MRI exam the following day, revealing the tear near his hip.

Tulowitzki was struggling for most of this season so far, hitting just .152 with one home run and 11 RBIs over 105 at-bats this year. Clint Barmes will fill in up the middle in the meantime.

Tulowitzki was on like, every one of my fantasy teams. During these dire circumstances, I was forced to pick up Bobby Crosby.
