It sure didn't long for the Milwaukee Brewers to replace Johnny Estrada. Just a day after trading him away for reliever Guillermo Mota, the club has reportedly agreed with free agent backstop Jason Kendall to a preliminary one-year deal. All he has to do is pass a physical.
Kendall hit .242 with 41 RBIs last year between the Oakland Athletics and Chicago Cubs, where he was traded midseason.
