San Francisco Giants reliever Randy Messenger, who likes to rock the ghetto fabulous crooked cap, was placed on the 15-day disabled list after he was nailed in the hand by a line drive during batting practice Wednesday. At first, it was only a bruise, but X-rays later revealed his hand was broken. No punching anyone in the face with that mitt, Randy!
Messenger is 1-4 with a 2.62 ERA and one save this season.
