Jerome Williams Back on the DL

The Washington Nationals put right-hander Jerome Williams right back on the 15-day disabled list Wednesday after only one start back.

Williams was forced out of last night's 6-2 loss to the Atlanta Braves in the third inning due to a strained right shoulder. He has an awful 0-5 record with a 7.20 ERA this season and was on the DL with a left ankle injury before being activated for last night's start.

In a related move, the Nationals picked up the contract of lefty Billy Traber from the AAA Columbus Catfish and transferred first baseman Nick Johnson, who is recovering from a broken leg, from the 15-day DL to the 60-day DL to allow room for Traber on the roster.
